Can you come before the business downstairs opens?

Yes, in central Ghent that's the rule rather than the exception. Many clients above a shop have us work between six and nine.

Who cleans the shared entrance and stairs?

We do, if you want. In multi-tenant buildings that often falls between the cracks; we agree upfront what's yours and what's shared.

Do you need a lift?

No. Many Ghent offices are on the first or second floor without one, and our equipment is set up for that.

What if someone is still working in the evening?

Not a problem. We work around occupied desks and come back to those later or on the next visit.

How do you get in?

Key, badge or keypad, whichever you prefer. Set up once and kept with the regular team.

Is there a notice period?

Three months by registered letter for fixed contracts. One-off jobs have no contract.
