Construction dust is finer than ordinary dust and settles everywhere: behind radiators, in ventilation grilles, in the gap beside a new skirting board. A regular clean doesn't remove it, it just moves it around. We work top to bottom with equipment made specifically for it.

Post-construction cleaning — your questions answered

Why can't my regular cleaner do this?

Construction dust is finer and sits in ventilation grilles, behind radiators and in gaps. Without a fine-dust filter it gets blown around instead of removed.

Do you come before or after the final work?

After. If drilling or painting follows, we'd clean twice and charge twice. We'd rather coordinate.

Do you work with contractors in Ghent?

Yes, several contractors and developers have us handle their handovers as standard, with fixed arrangements per project.

Can you get paint off windows without scratching?

Usually yes. We use blades at the correct angle on flat glass. On coated or toughened glass we test a corner first.

How soon after the site work can you come?

Usually within a week of approval. For a fixed handover date we schedule in advance.

Do you remove construction waste?

Small leftover waste we take. Rubble and large volumes belong in your contractor's skip.
